MACHINE mod.3007 Roller table: the rise and fall are provided
by a motor reduction gear which can be operated either by
hand or automatically by means of the signal of a
photoelectric cell.
Oscillating head wire-stitcher for 1000 stitches per
minute. The oscillation of the head permits to carry out
the stitching operation without stopping the box.
Box feeding is provided by two couples of belt conveyors;
these are self-adjusting according to the cardboard
thickness and moviment provided by a manual adjustable
speed motor in function on the distance between the
stitches.
Side guides, belt conveyors, stitching head and output
prebelt, separately powered, are mounted on chromium-plated,
crosswise adjustable shafts.
The control board is separate from the machine body and
includes the electro-mechanical power system and the
electronic processor.
During the processing phase a photoelectric cell detects
the presence of the cardboard and engages a pulse
counting system which permits to carry out the whole
automatic proccessing cycle according to the previously
set data.
